Kickstarter is all-or-nothing: you pledge when the campaign opens on September 15, and you're only charged if it reaches its goal. If it doesn't reach the goal, nobody pays.
What most people don't realize is that Kickstarter promotes projects that fund fast. Early momentum is what puts a campaign in front of Kickstarter's own audience, which are people who would never otherwise find it. That audience is often where the majority of backers come from.
So reserving does two things:
It tells us how many to print.
It directly impacts the success of the campaign.

My Story and Mission
Hey, I'm Nicole!
I am an integrative oncology coach, researcher, speaker, and founder of Stage 4 Thriver®.
My work began with my own diagnosis of stage 4B cervical cancer, which led me deep into integrative oncology, lifestyle medicine, and behavior change while I was in treatment. That same summer, my four year old son, Wesley, was diagnosed with an aggressive childhood cancer. We fought side by side for nine months before he passed away at the age of five in June 2023. His courage shaped everything about how I understand this journey, and his legacy is at the heart of my work.
I hold a Master's degree in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
I believe a diagnosis can change your life without taking away your sense of possibility. Through Stage 4 Thriver®, I educate clients on nutrition, movement, and integrative practices. Even more, my vision is to empower cancer thrivers everywhere by helping them access their own inner wisdom and resources.
